World scientists near consensus on warming

New York Times: Scientists from the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change are expected to conclude later this week in a new IGPCC report that there is at least a 90 percent chance that human-caused emissions are the main factor in warming since 1950.

Global Warming is not the main reason the Polar Icecaps are melting and Greenland is greening! Solar radiation is having an increasing affect on melting the ice because the blanket of snow, designed by nature to insolate the ice and reflect solar radiation, is not being replenished as effectively as in the past. It is lack of snowfall, not the hole in the Ozone layer that is causing the icecaps to melt.

We must learn to live with Global Warming without fearing or hiding from it. An IMMINENT AND DEVASTATING DANGER is melting of the Polar icecaps. This WILL accelerate Global warming after it has caused the Earth to experience worldwide dramatic Climate changes.

Using today’s technology this problem can be alleviated until Global Warming is brought under controlled in at best 20 years. We can use Hurricanes by controlling their path to bring millions of gallons of water in the form of snow to the restore and protect the icepack. This is in turn will affect climatic changes around the world and may be modified to moderate the large swings we are presently experiencing.

The temperature above the icecaps is cold enough to freeze any moisture that would normally fall as snow but the missing ingredient is water. In the past the water has been guided to the Artic Circle by a strong Gulf Stream bringing Hurricanes up the Eastern Seaboard. The Gulf Stream is part of a global energy “conveyer belt” moving the stream around the world. We have been increasingly warming the Gulf water, which has diverted hurricanes along the Gulf Coast and dumped tons of water over land, dissipating enormous amounts of energy in the process. It has been shunted away from the mid Atlantic area by LOCAL warming in the Mississippi River and the Gulf of Mexico areas. The manmade warm water flows down the Mississippi, into the Gulf and out into the Atlantic, passing OVER the Gulf Stream. This warm water attracts Hurricanes into the Gulf, wrecking havoc on the Gulf Coast communities and diverting energy from the Gulf Stream. Hurricanes along the Eastern Seaboard are attracted to the land in the same manner having similar results and interrupting the Gulf Stream.

Hurricanes can be maneuvered using cloud seeding techniques to directing them away from land and guiding them north. They proceed up the Atlantic coastline and are “escorted” into the Arctic Circle providing the blanketing snow restoring and preserving the icecap. High and Low pressure systems can trump the “escort” service and pull the Hurricane ashore. Next time intercept off the coast of Africa,

Another section of this Worldwide “Conveyor Belt” is in the South Pacific. Man warmed water and landmass are causing Typhoons to leave the “Conveyor Belt” and follow the heat having the same affect on the South Pole icecap.

Diverting hurricanes away from land and putting them back on track will put mega-tons of snow on the North Pole. This will buy our SYA PC Government more time to “solve” the Global warming problems by developing new power generation techniques.

I am researching methods for controlling the path of Hurricanes. It is by no means complete but it should be enough to get you thinking. It is based on Project Stormfury; a study conducted by NOAA between 1962 and 1983. It proves that controlling hurricane paths can be accomplished by cloud seeding. These techniques can be refined to save the Hurricane and send it north to restore the icecap and protect the Earth. TIME IS SHORT for saving the polar icecaps. By solving Hurricane problem we can stop the poles from melting and buy time to solve the real GLOBAL WARMING PROBLEM.

Guess I'm in the non-political side. Global warming seems good. Global warming in very short 15,000 years has given us the Great lakes. Statistics say we should be in a global freeze cycle based on proximity of sun, Jupiter and Saturn. over 400,000 years of data says we should be bringing back Glaciers to many US states. Glad we are in a net warming and not net cooling cycle.

The fluctuation in global temperature over the last 100 years has been less than global fluctuations during the previous three thousand years.
I am not seeing how the man-made gases are definitely the principle cause of global warming if the present variances are less than those that occurred long before "man-made gases" were significant.
