Pakistan building new reactor

BBC: Satellite images show that Pakistan is building a nuclear reactor that could be used to produce weapons-grade plutonium, says the Institute of Science for International Security (Isis).

i am just student of physics I have keen interest in the elementary particle physics .i have some question in my mind could u please give answers of it that.
(1)what is boson particles and are these particles exits in the nature ?
(2)how the same charge particle like protons are exits together in the nucleus of atom ?
