Building a better Prius, one car at a time

The New York Times: Carolyn Coquillette, a graduate of the University of Michigan with
degrees in physics and English is not your typical garage owner. Her company, Luscious Garage in San Francisco, California, can turn the Toyota Prius into a plug-in hybrid with a range of 12 to 15 miles on one charge. Luscious recently was named by San Francisco Bay Guardian its “green small business of the year” because of the intense recycling done by the company.
