Rare-Isotope accelerator awarded to Michigan State Lab

Science: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced last week that it would build the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory at Michigan State University instead of at its own Argonne National Laboratory.
