Proposed North Korean satellite launch provokes criticism

Washington Post: North Korea’s announcement that it plans to launch a satellite into orbit later this month has stirred up unease in many countries. Meanwhile, in South Korea, there are worries that the launch could dramatically affect the upcoming South Korean presidential election on 19 December.
